i rarely if ever post a person’s name in connection with their photo, and excepting a particular circumstance, i always ask “can i take your picture?”.
I Firefox-searched “pretty alright” because I use that in conversation gratuitously–it is the most non-committal response you can say to anything–essentially it makes conversation obsolete. I thought I invented the phrase or something.
